Ethical conditions of food and nutrition

Tematem pracy są etyczne uwarunkowania żywienia i produkcji żywności. Poruszone zostały zagadnienia etyki, żywienia zbiorowego, kodeksów etycznych mających powiązanie z żywieniem, warunków pracy przy produkcji żywności oraz kontroli żywności w Polsce. Opisane zostały także poszczególne nieprawidłowości w zakresie żywności i żywienia stwierdzone w Polsce i na świecie, wynikające z zaniedbań producentów lub celowego łamania praw etycznych konsumentów lub pracowników. Nie istnieje jeden obowiązujący kodeks etyczny dotyczący produkcji żywności a zarazem nie ma jasno określonych standardów etycznych. Żywność i żywienie jest bardzo ważnym punktem w życiu każdego człowieka, dlatego w pracy zostały opisane poszczególne etapy produkcji żywności. Zapoznanie się z nimi może pomóc w ochronie przed ewentualnym zagrożeniem i nieetycznym traktowaniem.

The study presents ethical determinants of nutrition and food production. The issues of ethics, collective nutrition, ethical codes related to nutrition, working conditions in food production and food control in Poland were discussed. Also described are individual food and nutritional abnormalities found in Poland and in the world, resulting from the negligence of the producers or deliberate violations of the ethical rights of consumers or employees. It was the result of the negligence of the producers or the intentional violation of the ethical rights of consumers or employees. There is no single code of ethics for food production and there are no clearly defined ethical standards. Food and nutrition are very important points in the life of every human being, so the study presents different stages of food production. Getting to know them will help you to protect yourself from possible risks and unethical treatment.
