Praca dotyczy analizy Euroazjatyckiej Unii Gospodarczej w perspektywie prawa międzynarodowego publicznego. Praca składa się z 4 rozdziałów, które mają pomóc w odpowiedzi na pytanie, czy Unia Euroazjatycka może się uważać za podmiot prawa międzynarodowego. Pierwszy rozdział dotyczy genezy powstania tej organizacji. W drugim rozdziale zostanie poruszona kwestia jej statusu prawnego na płaszczyźnie prawa międzynarodowego publicznego. Trzeci rozdział będzie dotyczył stryktury instytucjonalnej Euroazjatyckiej Unii Gospodarczej. W czwartym rozdziale zostaną poruszone kwestie porządku prawnego Unii Euroazjatyckiej i relacji między tym porządkiem a prawem międzynarodowym i prawem krajowym.

he master's thesis focuses on the analysis of the Eurasian Economic Union from the perspective of public international law. The thesis consists of 4 chapters aimed at addressing the question of whether the Eurasian Economic Union can be considered a subject of international law. The first chapter deals with the genesis of the formation of this organization. The second chapter will address the issue of its legal status in the field of public international law. The third chapter will focus on the institutional structure of the Eurasian Economic Union. The fourth chapter will address issues related to the legal order of the Eurasian Economic Union and the relationship between this order and international law and domestic law.
