Praca "Zmiany w funkcjonowaniu modelu rodziny południowokoreańskiej ukazane w horrorze" to dogłębna analiza zachodzących w społeczeństwie przekształceń i transformacji ukazanych w niezwykle bogatym materiale jakim jest gatunek filmu grozy. W trzech rozdziałach czytelnik pogłębi swoją wiedzę na następujące tematy: jak rozwijał się horror i dlaczego było to niedoceniane przez dekady medium; jakie przemiany przeszła rodzina południowokoreańska, z jakimi trudnościami poszczególni członkowie tejże grupy musieli się zmagać na przestrzeni lat oraz jakie wyzwania stoją przed nimi obecnie. W ostatnim rozdziale autorka dokonuje analizy piętnastu południowokoreańskich filmów grozy (od lat 60-tych do 2018 roku), skupiając się szczególnie na przedstawieniu przez twórców rodziny koreańskiej, jej roli w społeczeństwie, relacji panujących między bohaterami oraz wyzwań przed nimi stawianych.

The work "Changes in the Functioning of the South Korean Family Model as Depicted in Horror Film" is an in-depth analysis of the transformations and transitions occurring in society as depicted in the extremely rich material of the horror film genre. In three chapters, the reader will deepen his or her knowledge on the following topics: how horror film developed and why it has been an underappreciated medium for decades; what transformations the South Korean family has undergone; what difficulties individual members of this group have had to deal with over the years; and what challenges they face today. In the final chapter, the author analyzes fifteen South Korean horror films (from the 1960s to 2018), focusing specifically on the filmmakers' portrayal of the Korean family, its role in society, the relationships between the characters, and the challenges they face.
