Celem pracy jest analiza stylów, funkcji i cech przywódcy. Opisuje różnice pomiędzy terminami kierownik, manager, lider, przywódca; role, funkcje, style zarządzania oraz cechy osobowościowe jakimi posługuje się kierownik oraz lider. Przeanalizowany materiał pozwolił na zrealizowanie badań mających na celu ukazanie wizerunku przełożonego z perspektywy pracowników i ocenienie go jako lidera lub managera w kontekście wybranych cech i zachowań.
The aim of this work is to analyze styles, functions and personality features. Explains the differences between the terms supervisor, manager, leader, fugleman; roles, functions and other styles of management which are used by the leaders. Analyzed materials allowed to show the image of the superior from the perspective of an employee and evaluate him as a leader or manager.
