The activity of Anna Dymna Foundation

Niniejsza praca przedstawia wybrane zagadnienia z zakresu polityki kulturalnej Polski, jej ewolucji po 1989 roku. Ponadto wyodrębniłam osobną część poświęconą polityce kulturalnej miasta Krakowa, aby osadzić przedmiot badań w otaczającej rzeczywistości. Zawężając przedmiot badań do Fundacji opisałam także zagadnienia związane z sytuacją polskiego trzeciego sektora. Ważną część pracy stanowi prezentacja sylwetki założycielki Fundacji – Anny Dymnej. Zakończenie rozważań poświęconych aktorce stanowi jednocześnie wstęp do przedmiotu badań. Fundacja Anny Dymnej „Mimo wszystko” powstała w 2003 roku, jako kontynuacja działalności charytatywnej aktorki. Jej misją jest przede wszystkim likwidowanie barier oraz uprzedzeń wobec osób niepełnosprawnych, a także promowanie niezwykłych talentów osób ze schorzeniami psychicznymi. W pracy przedstawiłam motywy powstania Fundacji, jej misje oraz cele, strukturę organizacyjną, zasoby ludzkie i finansowe oraz skupiłam się na działalności kulturalnej, ponieważ celem mojej pracy było wykazanie, że Fundacja poza działalnością na rzecz osób niepełnosprawnych jest aktywna także na polu kultury, aktywizuje lokalne społeczeństwo. W pracy wykorzystałam metodę opisową, która umożliwiła mi wierne odzwierciedlenie rzeczywistego obrazu przedmiotu badania. Ponadto korzystałam z metody monograficznej, która umożliwiła szerokie ujęcie tematu Fundacji przy uwzględnieniu dużego zakresu zagadnień z nią związanych, co pozwoliło mi na wnikliwą analizę badanej Fundacji.Praca ta miała na celu ukazanie, że Fundacja, która z założenia skupia się na niesieniu pomocy niepełnosprawnym, aktywnie działa na polu kultury, angażując w to swoich podopiecznych. Ponadto celem moich rozważań była prezentacja osiągnięć Fundacji oraz próba wyjaśnienia jej fenomenu.

This work presents selected issues of Polish cultural policy and its evolution since 1989. In addition, the author has a separate section devoted to the cultural policy of the city of Krakow to embed the object of study in the surrounding reality. Narrowing the subject of research for the foundation, I described the issues related to the situation of the Polish third sector. An important part of the work, is the presentation profiles the founder of the Foundation - Anna Dymna. End of discussion devoted to the actress is both an introduction to the subject of study.The Anna Dymna Foundation "Mimo Wszystko" was established in 2003 as a continuation of the charitable activity actress. Its mission is primarily the elimination of barriers and prejudice against people with disabilities, and to promote the unique talents of people with mental illnesses. In this paper I presented reasons inception of the foundation, its mission and objectives, organizational structure, human and financial resources, and I focused on the cultural activity, because the purpose of my work was to demonstrate, that the foundation outside activities for persons with disabilities is also active in the field of culture, stimulates local society.At work I used descriptive method, which allowed me to faithfully reflect the actual image of the subject test. In addition, I used the method monograph, which allowed me a broad approach to the subject of the foundation, taking into account a large range of issues connected with it, which allowed me to test an in-depth analysis of the foundation.This work aimed to show that the foundation, which is expected to focus on helping the disabled, is also active in the cultural field, engaging in this their clients. In addition to my analysis was to present the achievements of the foundation and the attempt to explain the phenomenon.
