Celem pracy jest opis kompetencji wojewody jako organu nadzoru nad samorządem terytorialnym. Praca ma za zadanie pokazać szerokie spektrum zagadnienia. Rozważania zostaną poprowadzone od charakterystyki urzędu wojewody, samorządu terytorialnego oraz pojęcia nadzoru poprzez omówienie postępowania nadzorczego oraz zarządzenia zastępczego do opisu kompetencji wojewody jako organu nadzoru nad samorządem terytorialnym.
The purpose of this presentation is to describe the voivode's competence as an authority for the supervision of local government. The considerations will be based on the characteristics of the voivode's office, local government and the concept of supervision by discussing supervisory proceeding and replacement order to describe the voivode's competence as an authority for the supervision of local government.
