Zapalenie płuc jest jedną z najczęściej występujących chorób układu oddechowego.W niniejszej pracy opisano anatomię i fizjologię układu oddechowego oraz charakterystykę zapaleń płuc: epidemiologię, etiologię podział i rodzaje zapaleń płuc obraz kliniczny.Przedstawiono metody leczenia, rehabilitacji możliwość wystąpienia powikłań. Wyjaśniono założenia teorii pielęgnowania wg Dorothei Orem, które wykorzystano do opracowania modelu pielęgnacyjnego nad dzieckiem z zapaleniem płuc. W modelu ukazano najważniejsze problemy zdrowotne i postępowanie pielęgnacyjno-lecznicze u dzieci z zapaleniem płuc.
Pneumonia is one of the most frequent illness of respiratory system.In this thesis I have described the anatomy and physiology of respiratory system and the characteristic of pneumonia: epidemiology, division and kinds of pneumonia clinical picture.I have presented the methods of treating, rehabilitation, the possibility of having complications. I have explained the assumption of theory about nursing according to Dorothei Orem which was used in drawing up the model of looking after a baby with pneumonia. In this model I have showed the most important health problems and nursing and curing action in case of children with pneumonia.
