Systems of governance

Praca porusza najistotniejsze kwestie systemów rządów. W pierwszej części został krótko przedstawiony rys historyczny wraz z podaniem podstawowej terminologii. Następnie praca skupia się na kwestiach typologicznych systemu parlamentarnego. W kolejnej części zostały opisane trzy systemy rządów tj. parlamentarny, prezydencki i półprezydencki. W niniejszej pracy każdy z systemów został opisany na bazie uwarunkowań konstytucyjnych państw: Zjednoczone Królestwo Wielkiej Brytanii i Irlandii Północnej, Republika Włoska, Republika Federalna Niemiec, Federacja Konfederacji Szwajcarskiej, Stany Zjednoczone Ameryki i V Republika Francuska. W ostatnim rozdziale pracy krótko został opisany problem identyfikacji systemu Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej.

The master thesis is focused on one of the most important aspects of governance systems. The first part refers to a historical outline and basic terminology. The next part focuses on the typological issues of the parliamentary system. Three main chapters describe the three systems of government, ie parliamentary, presidential and semi-presidential. Each of the systems has been described on the basis of the constitutional conditions of the following countries: the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the Italian Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Swiss Confederation, the United States of America and the French V Republic. The last chapter briefly describes the problem of identifying the system of the Republic of Poland.
