Online pornography as a form of demoralization of juveniles

Praca poświęcona jest zjawisku pornografii internetowej wśród osób małoletnich w opinii studentów pedagogiki. Celem przeprowadzonych badań było poznanie opinii studentów pedagogiki na temat następstw oddziaływania pornografii internetowej na życie i funkcjonowanie osób małoletnich. Praca składa się z trzech rozdziałów. Rozdział pierwszy zawiera założenia teoretyczne problematyki pornografii internetowej. Rozdział drugi poświęcony jest założeniom metodologicznym, w którym określono przedmiot oraz cel badań, opisano ich przebieg, populację oraz wybraną metodę badawczą – sondaż diagnostyczny. Rozdział trzeci dotyczy analizy wyników badań własnych. Badania obejmowały analizę pozytywnych i negatywnych następstw odbioru materiałów pornograficznych przez osoby małoletnie, ich motywów sięgania po tego typu treści, a także postrzegania pornografii internetowej przez badanych studentów pedagogiki oraz ich stosunku wobec ogólnodostępnych materiałów pornograficznych. Z przeprowadzonych badań wynika, iż pornografia internetowa niesie za sobą przede wszystkim długotrwałe negatywne następstwa. Jedynie w pewnym stopniu ma swoje odzwierciedlenie w pozytywnych, raczej krótkotrwałych skutkach.

This thesis is dedicated to the phenomenon of online pornography among juveniles in the eyes of students of pedagogy. The main goal of this research was to understand the students’ opinions on the influences of online pornography on the lives and development of juveniles. This thesis consists of three chapters. The first chapter focuses on theoretical assumptions and issues of online pornography. The second chapter is dedicated to methodological assumptions, in which the subject, process, population, and the main goal of the studies was specified. Diagnostic survey has been chosen as the research method. The third chapter focuses on data analysis. The research includes positive and negative influences of online pornography on juveniles and their motives to desire such content. This study describes the views of surveyed students on the subject and their general attitude towards public pornography. Conducted research shows mainly a negative long-term and a few positive short-term consequences.
