Moja praca prezentuje efektywną metodę uczenia się słownictwa za pomocą fiszek. Na początku wyjaśniam pojęcia i pewne procesy związane z uczeniem się. Przedstawiam pewną metodę, którą najczęściej wybierają uczący się i wyjaśniam dlaczego jest nieefektywna. Proponuję inną znacznie skuteczniejszą metodę: fiszki. Dokładnie wyjaśniam czym są fiszki i jak się je robi. Następnie przedstawiam specjalne pudełko na fiszki. Opisuje jak ono wygląda, jakie ma wymiary i przedstawiam zasady jak się z nim uczyć. Potem opisuję dokładnie zalety takiej nauki. Jest ona efektywna tylko jeśli przestrzega się zasad i nie oszukuje samego siebie. Potem podsumowuje dokładnie zalety uczenia się z fiszkami. W dalszej kolejności przedstawiam jak rozplanować sobie czas, żeby nie stracić motywacji do nauki. W ostatnim rozdziale opisuję badania naukowe, które potwierdzają zarówno skuteczność uczenia się z fiszkami jak i zadowolenie uczniów z tej metody.

Flashcards are a main subject of my bachelor's thesis and the main aim of my bachelor's thesis is showing how to use flashcards to learn a foreign language vocabulary effectively. Firstly I explain some terms which are related to learning process. Next I characterize how people frequently learn a foreign lanuage vocabulary. I explain why this method is not effective and why I propose another method: flashcards. I explain how to learn with flashcards effectively and how to use a word box. The word box is a box which has five compartments. Each compartment is of different size and width. The learning process with the word box enables fivefold revision of the vocabulary. Students after this repetition know the new vocabylary immaculately. Learning with the word box has a lot of advantages which I described in my thesis. In my bachelor's thesis I aslo described some scientific research which has proven the effectiveness of learning with flashcards.

Meine Arbeit habe ich Karteikarten gewidmet. Ich präsentiere sie als eine Methode für schnelles und effektives Fremdsprachenlernen. Am Anfang definiere ich verschiedene Begriffe, die sich auf das Lernen der Fremdsprachen beziehen. Ich beschreibe eine Methode, die Lernenden am häufigsten wählen, um den Wortschatz zu lernen. Ich erkläre, dass diese Methode nicht effektiv ist und ich präsentiere andere Methode: Karteikarten. Ich erkläre, was Karteikarten sind, und wie man Karteikarten macht. Dann beschreibe ich, was die Lernbox ist und, wie man mit der Lernbox lernen sollte. Ich stelle die Vorteile des Lernens mit der Lernbox dar. Ich beschreibe auch die Vorteile des Lernens mit Karteikarten und erkläre, wie lange man lernen sollte, damit die Motivation nicht sinkt. Am Ende beschreibe ich wissenschaftliche Forschungen, die die Effektivität des Lernens mit Karteikarten bestätigen.
