"The influence of religions on world’s economies"

Religia i jej wpływ na poszczególne aspekty życia społecznego stanowiła temat rozważań wielu uczonych. Wśród nich byli zarówno zwolennicy jak i sceptycy tezy o działaniu impulsów wyznaniowych na gospodarkę. Przedmiotem tej pracy jest przedstawienie wpływu najistotniejszych wyznań światowych – chrześcijaństwa, judaizmu i islamu – na sferę ekonomiczną miejsc, w których występują. Analizując współczesny rozwój w gospodarce światowej, trzeba zwrócić szczególną uwagę na zyskującą na znaczeniu różnorodność kręgów kulturowych i religijnych, aby umiejętnie stworzyć instrumenty wspomagające komunikację ponadnarodową. Relacje ekonomia – religia zdecydowanie należą do skomplikowanych, ale i niezwykle istotnych w obecnych czasach. Poznanie współzależności między tymi dwoma aspektami może ułatwić dokonanie interpretacji zaistniałych procesów gospodarczych, co starano się udowodnić w tym opracowaniu.

Religion and its impact on the various aspects of social life was the subject of many scholars considerations. Among them were both supporters and skeptics of thesis about the religious impulses on the economy. The aim of this paper is to present the impact of the world's most important religions - Christianity, Judaism and Islam - to the economic base of places where they occur. Analyzing the contemporary developments in the global economy, it needs to be paid special attention to the fact of the importance of diversity of cultural and religious circles to skillfully develop instruments supporting transnational communication. Relations economy-religion definitely belong to the complex, but extremely important at the same time. Understanding the interdependence between these two aspects can facilitate the interpretation of economic processes, which is tried to be proved in this study.
