Harmony in Swedish and Polish on the basis of predicative cogruence

Celem, który przyświecał pracy jest porównanie zjawiska harmonii, czyli kongruencji na gruncie szwedzko-polskim. Analiza została ograniczona do kongruencji orzecznikowej, która może sprawiać najwięcej trudności Polakom, uczącym się języka szwedzkiego. Kolejnym celem tej pracy jest wskazanie miejsc potencjalnego występowania negatywnej interferencji L1 (język polski) na L2 (język szwedzki). Pracę podzielono na dwie części: teoretyczną i praktyczną. W części teoretycznej opisowi podlega językoznawstwo porównawcze oraz problem tertium comparationis. Za tertium comparationis przyjęta jest ekwiwalencja semantyczno-syntaktyczna. Teoretyczne aspekty związane z kongruencją orzecznikową zostają opisane w kolejnych rozdziałach. W części praktycznej analizie zostają poddane przykłady z języka szwedzkiego zaczerpnięte z różnych źródeł internetowych. Dzięki przeprowadzonemu badaniu wyróżnione zostają przyczyny występowania negatywnej interferencji.

The aim of this thesis is to compare congruence on the basis of Swedish and Polish. The analysis is limited to predicative congruence which is considered to be a source of many problems for Poles studying the Swedish language. The paper attempts at distinguishing the potential situations in which L1's (Polish) negative interference on L2 (Swedish) occurs. The thesis is divided into two parts: the theoretical and the practical one. The theoretical part presents the theory of comparative linguistics and the concept of tertium comparationis. The tertium comparationis in this paper is considered to be the semantic-syntactic equivalence. The theoretical aspects are described in the following sections of the paper. The examples taken from Internet's sources are analysed in the practical part. The distinction of the potential moments of the negative interference is possible to be made due to the previously conducted analysis.
