Praca porusza tematykę ustanowienia zastawów na akcjach w spółce niepublicznej. Obejmuje analizę procedury ustanowienia zastawu zwykłego, rejestrowego oraz finansowego wraz ze wskazaniem zmian wprowadzonych w wyniku dematerializacji akcji.
Abstract in English
The thesis concerns the establishment of the pledge over the shares in the non-public joint-stock company. It analyses the process of the establishment of the pledge, the registered pledge and the financial pledge, together with the indication of the changes resulting from the dematerialisation of shares.
