Civil disobedience as a form of fight for the freedom of the individual

Praca ma na celu nie tylko wskazanie cech, które charakteryzują to zjawisko, ale także odszukanie miejsca dla tego typu aktu w dzisiejszych społeczeństwach i systemach prawnych. Teoretyczna analiza mechanizmu powstawania tego typu ruchów, oraz ich opis połączone zostaną zatem z refleksją aksjologiczną i prawną, oczywiście z perspektywy relacji do obywatelskiego nieposłuszeństwa.Określenie tego co i w jakich okolicznościach może zrobić obywatel chcąc walczyć skutecznie o wolność swoją oraz innych członków społeczeństwa ma znaczenie fundamentalne dla wskazania właściwej sytuacji jednostki w państwie.

The work is intended not only to identify features that characterize this phenomenon, but also to find a place for this type of instrument in modern societies and legal systems. Theoretical analysis of the mechanism of formation of such movements, and their description will therefore be combined with reflection both axiological and legal, of course, from the perspective of civil disobedience.Defining what and under what kind of circumstances a citizen can do, to fight effectively for their freedom, and the freedom of other members of the public is of paramount importance to indicate the proper situation of the individual in the state.
