Encefalopatia niedokrwienno - niedotlenieniowa, to złożona jednostka chorobowa. Rokowanie w tej jednostce chorobowej zależy od stopnia i czasu trwania okresu, w którym doszło do niedotlenienia. Hipotermia lecznicza to stosunkowo nowa metoda leczenia zamartwicy urodzeniowej. Jednak szybka kwalifikacja, transport i wdrożenie leczenia zwiększa szanse na przeżycie i zminimalizowanie następstw niedotlenienia okołoporodowego u noworodka. Celem pracy było rozpoznanie problemów zdrowotnych noworodka urodzonego w zamartwicy, u którego została zastosowana hipotermia lecznicza. Zaobserwowano 12 problemów zdrowotnych, które wystąpiły w ciągu leczenia. Do każdego z problemów zdrowotnych sformułowano cel i plan działania.

Hypoxic - ischemic encephalopaty is a complex disease entity.The prognosis of this disease entity depends on the degree and duration of the period in which there was to hypoxia. Therapeutic hypothermia is a relatively new method of treatment of birth asphyxia. However, the rapid classification, transport and implementation of treatment increases the chances of survival and minimize the consequences of perinatal hypoxia in the newborn. The aim of this study was to identify health problems baby born in asphyxia, in whitch it was used therapeutic hypothermia. Observed 12 health problems that occurred during the treatment, each of the problems set the goal and plan of action.
