Modern migration of Polish women

Przedstawiona praca dzieli się na cztery części. Pierwsza ma charakter teoretyczny i składa się z kilku podpunktów. W pierwszym punkcie omawiam pojęcie i klasyfikacje migracji. Następnie opisuję modele i typy migracji oraz czynniki wpływające na proces migracyjny. W kolejnym etapie pracy opisany jest krótki rys historyczny dotyczący Polaków a także główne kierunki migracji przed i po wstąpieniu Polski do Unii Europejskiej. W kolejnej części opisane są główne przyczyny współczesnej migracji kobiet, kierunki, konsekwencje oraz wpływ migracji na rodzinę, partnerstwo o macierzyństwo. W ostatniej części opisana została praca Polek za granicą, jak radzą sobie ze znajdywaniem pracy ,jak wyglądają warunki zamieszkania, status, zarobki a także ich doświadczenie z odbytej migracji.

The presented work is divided into four parts. The first one is theoretical and consists of several sub-points. In the first section, I discuss the concept and classifications of migration. Next, I describe the models and types of migration and factors affecting the migration process. In the next stage of the work a short historical sketch is described concerning the Poles as well as the main directions of migration before and after Poland's accession to the European Union. The next part describes the main causes of contemporary migration of women, directions, consequences and the impact of migration on the family, partnership for motherhood. The last part describes the work of Polish women abroad, how they deal with finding a job, how they live, status, earnings and their experience of migration.
