Extreme Islam in Iran and Saudi Arabia - political and legal analysys

Głównym celem niniejszej pracy jest próba charakterystyki skrajnego islamu, zwłaszcza poprzez rozróżnienie dwóch nurtów jakimi są: sunnizm i szyizm. W pracy następuje interpretacja pojęcia skrajnego islamu, a także charakterystyka sunnizmu oraz szyizmu w Iranie i Arabii Saudyjskiej (dwóch głównych nurtów religijnych Islamu). Ukazane zostają również stosunki między państwami tematu oraz ich walka o przywództwo na Bliskim Wschodzie.W pracy również zostaną przedstawione ograniczenia prawne, które najczęściej ukazują sprzeczność między prawem a religią, będącej głównym wyznacznikiem istnienia państwa w wierze islamskiej. Ponadto ukazane zostaną stosunki między państwami, które są tematem analizy a potęgą światową, czyli Stanami Zjednoczonymi i Unią Europejską. Dokonana zostaje również analiza wpływu skrajnych praw obecnych w Arabii Saudyjskiej i Iranie na kreowanie przyjaznych stosunków międzynarodowych.Poruszony zostaje również temat praw kobiet w państwach charakteryzujących się skrajnym islamem. Zostaną opisane nakazy nałożone na kobiety, jakie funkcjonują na terenie wyżej wymienionych państw, próba walki z nimi oraz przykłady łamania praw kobiet z punktu widzenia licznych państw takich jak m.in Stanów Zjednoczonych czy krajów Unii Europejskiej.Pracę kończy temat problematyki związanej z organizacją terrorystyczną - ISIS. Nastąpi próba odpowiedzi na pytanie czy słusznie porównuje się ze sobą pojęcie skrajnego islamu do pojęcia terroryzmu. Przedstawione zostaną również przemyślenia na temat wpływu skrajnego islamu z terenów Arabii Saudyjskiej i Iranu na istnienie oraz funkcjonowanie Państwa Islamskiego. Nastąpi próba odpowiedzi na pytanie czy taki wpływ faktycznie istnieje, a jeśli można go ustalić, to w jaki sposób się on przejawia.

The main purpose of this work is to characterize the concept of extreme islam especially through the distinction between two religious currents: sunism and Shiism. We can read what hides under the concept of extreme islam, and learn the differences between sunism and shiism in Iran and Saudi Arabia as well as; find out about the relations between those countries and about their fight for leadership in the Near East region. The work also shows the main legal conflicts, which usually show the contradiction between law and religion, and the main factors as to why a country is predominantly Islamic. An analysis of relations between Iran and Saudi Arabia and the world power: United States and European Union, will be described. As well as the analysis of the impact of the extreme laws on creating the relations between those countries. The topic of womens rights in Iran and Saudi Arabia will also be discussed. There will be a description of the orders imposed on women which function in those countries, an attempt on fighting with those restrictions and examples of breaking women rights from the perspective of western countries such as USA or EU countries.The work concludes with the issue related to the terrorist organization - ISIS. Again there will be an attempt to anwser the question wheter it is right to compare the concept of extreme Islam with the notion of terrorism. There will also be a presentation of thoughts on the impact of extreme islam from the areas of Saudi Arabia and Iran on the existence and functioning of the Islamic State. Does the influence really exist, and if it can be determined, what are the contributing factors to its cause?
