Praca dotyczy charakteru prawnego jednostek uczestnictwa oraz certyfikatów inwestycyjnych występujących w funduszu inwestycyjnym, ich konstrukcji prawnej, modelu funduszu inwestycyjnego, stosunków własnościowych na linii uczestnicy - funduszu - depozytariusz, nabycia i umorzenia jednostek uczestnictwa, obrotu certyfikatami inwestycyjnymi, dziedziczenia oraz opodatkowania zysków z tych tytułów oraz spełniania funkcji zabezpieczenia wierzytelności przez te tytuły.
This paper concerns the legal nature of participation unit and investment certificates occurring in an investment fund, its legal structure, model, investment fund ownership relations on the line participants - fund - custodian, purchase and redemption of participation unit, investment certificates trading, inheritance, taxation of the profits of these titles and compliance with the security function claim these titles.
