Celem pracy było przedstawienie statusu kobiety, mężczyzny i dziecka w islamie. Autor w pracy pokazuje ujęcie praw człowieka w Koranie oraz tradycji muzułmańskiej. Następnie poddaje analizie najważniejsze akty prawne Algierii i Tunezji. Zostaje również przedstawiony stan implementacji traktatów Organizacji Narodów Zjednoczonych przez oba państwa.
The purpose of this study was to present the status of a woman, a man and a child in Islam. The author shows the concept of human right in the Quran and the Muslim tradition. Afterwards analyses the most important legal acts of Algeria and Tunisia. The state of implementation of the United Nations treaties by both states is also presented.
