Techniques of team organization and management in conditions of remote and hybrid work on the example of language schools

W czasie wybuchu pandemii COVID-19 gwałtownie wzrosła potrzeba zmian technicznych i metodycznych w obszarze zarządzania personelem w warunkach pracy zdalnej i hybrydowej. Szkoły języków obcych nie były wyjątkiem. Celem pracy jest identyfikacja i ocena technik zarządzania zespołem w trybie pracy zdalnej i stacjonarnej na przykładzie funkcjonowania szkół językowych. Praca magisterska skupia się na technikach organizacji i zarządzania zespołem w warunkach pracy zdalnej i hybrydowej, analizując firmy językowe. Badania oparte na wywiadach i analizach pracowników oraz literaturze i case studies pozwalają zidentyfikować skuteczność i niuanse poszczególnych technik. Praca wnosi nowe spojrzenie na zarządzanie zespołem w kontekście zmieniających się warunków pracy. Można wnioskować, że techniki zarządzania personelem wymagają ciągłej aktualizacji, a najskuteczniejszym sposobem zarządzania jest łączenie różnych technik w zależności od potrzeb i celów firmy. Praca składa się ze wstępu, trzech rozdziałów, wniosków, bibliografii, aneksu, spisu rysunków oraz spisu tabeli.

During the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, there was a sudden increase in the need for technical and methodological changes in the field of personnel management in remote and hybrid work conditions. Foreign language schools were no exception. The aim of this thesis is to identify and assess team management techniques in the context of remote and on-site work using foreign language schools as an example. The master's thesis focuses on techniques for organizing and managing teams in remote and hybrid work conditions, analyzing language companies. Research based on interviews and employee analyses, as well as literature and case studies, allows for the identification of the effectiveness and nuances of various techniques. The thesis offers a new perspective on team management in the context of evolving work conditions. It can be inferred that personnel management techniques require continuous updating, and the most effective approach involves combining different techniques depending on the needs and goals of the company. The thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusions, a bibliography, an appendix, list of figures and list of tables.
