Security management of mass events on the example of football matches

Celem badań realizowanych na potrzeby niniejszej pracy dyplomowej jest ukazanie poziomu skuteczności zapewniania bezpieczeństwa meczów piłki nożnej przez służby porządkowe i informacyjne. Praca dyplomowa składa się ze wstępu, trzech rozdziałów oraz zakończenia. W rozdziale pierwszym omówiona zostanie specyfika zarządzania bezpieczeństwem imprez masowych. Przedstawione zostanie również w nim pojęcie imprezy masowej oraz regulacje prawne związane z ochroną imprez masowych. W dalszych podrozdziałach wskazane zostaną podmioty zaangażowane w zarządzanie bezpieczeństwemimprez masowych oraz techniczno-organizacyjne wymogi bezpieczeństwa na obiektach piłkarskich. W rozdziale drugim przedstawiona zostanie metodologia badań własnych. W poszczególnych podrozdziałach scharakteryzowane zostaną pojęcia takie, jak przedmiotoraz cel badań, problemy i hipotezy badawcze oraz metody, techniki i narzędzia badawcze. W rozdziale trzecim, który stanowi część empiryczną pracy, zaprezentowane zostaną wyniki pozyskane z badania ankietowego. Przedstawione zostaną one w formie graficznej wraz zkomentarzem.

The aim of the research carried out for the purposes of this diploma thesis is to show the level of effectiveness in ensuring the safety of football matches by security and information services. The diploma thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion. The first chapter will discuss the specificity of managing the safety of mass events. It will also present the concept of a mass event and legal regulations related to the protection of mass events. In the following subsections, entities involved in the management of security of mass events as well as technical and organizational safety requirements at football facilities will be indicated. The second chapter presents the methodology of own research. In individual subsections, concepts such as the subject and purpose of research,research problems and hypotheses, as well as research methods, techniques and tools will be characterized. The third chapter, which is the empirical part of the work, will present the results obtained from the survey. They will be presented graphically with a commentary.
