Niniejsza praca licencjacka opisuje relacje między Kościołem Katolickim a państwem w Polsce po 1989 roku, kładąc szczególny nacisk na wpływ Kościoła na politykę oraz mechanizmy finansowania jego działalności. W opracowaniu przedstawiono ramy prawne regulujące te relacje, w tym konstytucję oraz konkordat. Szczegółowej analizie poddano przypadki wsparcia finansowego udzielonego Kościołowi przez państwo, z uwzględnieniem działalności Tadeusza Rydzyka. Praca opiera się na dogłębnej analizie aktów prawnych, literatury naukowej oraz dostępnych źródeł internetowych. Wynikiem badań jest wyjaśnienie i scharakteryzowanie przyczyn kryzysu Kościoła Katolickiego jako instytucji w granicach Państwa polskiego.

This bachelor's thesis describes the relations between the Catholic Church and the state in Poland after 1989, with particular emphasis on the Church's influence on politics and the mechanisms of financing its activities. The study presents the legal frameworks regulating these relations, including the constitution and the concordat. A detailed analysis of the financial support provided to the Church by the state is included, with a focus on the activities of Tadeusz Rydzyk. The work is based on an in-depth analysis of legal acts, scientific literature, and available online sources. The result of the research is an explanation and characterization of the causes of the Catholic Church's crisis as an institution within the Polish state.
