Niniejsza praca magisterska poddaje analizie porównawczej system parlamentarno-gabinetowy w Polsce oraz system semiprezydencki we Francji.Monografia ta ma na celu ukazanie zarówno podobieństw jak i różnic w funkcjonowaniu naczelnych organów państwowych, ich budowie czy pozycji ustrojowej. We wstępie autorka przedstawia tematykę pracy, jej cele a także omawia pokrótce poszczególne jej rozdziały.Autorka pracy dokonuje analizy porównawczej sytemu parlamentarno-gabinetowego w Polsce i semiprezydenckiego we Francji w jej trzech rozdziałach.Rozdział I tej pracy, zatytułowany Zagadnienia Ogólne wyjaśnia pojęcie systemu politycznego oraz przedstawia ogólną charakterystykę obu systemów rządów.W II rozdziale pt. Władza Ustawodawcza autorka szczegółowo omawia Parlament w Polsce oraz we Francji porównując m.in strukturę i system wyborczy, pozycję ustrojową oraz funkcje Parlamentu w obu tych państwach.Rozdział III pt. Władza Wykonawcza zawiera zestawienie porównawcze urzędu Prezydenta i rządu w Polsce oraz we Francji. Analiza ta obejmuje takie zagadnienia jak: pozycja ustrojowa, odpowiedzialność czy kompetencje egzekutywy w Polsce i we Francji.W zakończeniu autorka podsumowuje całą pracę i wysuwa wnioski związane z funkcjonowaniem obu systemów rządów.

The present master’s thesis goes on the comparative analysis of a cabinet-parliamentary system in Poland and a semi-presidential system in France.This monograph aims at showing both similarities and differences in functioning of supreme state authorities and their structures. In the introduction, the author sketches out a subject area and main chapters she discusses further in the proper parts of the thesis. The author analyses the cabinet-parliamentary system and the semi-presidential system in three main chapters.The first chapter entitled Gneral Issues explains what the notion of political system means. It also contains the overall charecteristic of these two government systems.The second chapter contains the extensive analysis of Parliament in Poland and France regarding structure, voting system and functions of Parliament in the above-metioned countries.Chapter III, entitled The Executive, contains comparative data of matters related to president and government in Poland and France. The analysis concerns issues such as: a structural position, accountability or competencies of the Executive in Poland and France.In the conclusion, the author capsules the whole thesis and draw conclusions pertaining to the both government systems.
