Celem niniejszej pracy magisterskiej jest analiza wpływu transformacji systemowej, akcesji Polski do Unii Europejskiej oraz kryzysu finansowego na stan krajowego sektora bankowego i ramy legislacyjne bankowości w Polsce. Praca bada i ocenia skalę oraz wpływ konsekwencji powyższych wydarzeń na legislację oraz funkcjonowanie sektora bankowego w Polsce.
This master’s thesis analyzes the impact of systemic transformation, the accession of Poland to European Union and financial crisis on the condition of domestic banking sector and banking legislatory framework, referring to the analysis of acts of law, government official documents and academic textbooks. The piece of work evaluates and examines the scale and the impact of the consequences of the above events on legislation and functioning of the banking sector in Poland.
