The role of nurses in the prevention of deep vein thrombosis

Praca pod tytułem :” Rola pielęgniarki w zapobieganiu zakrzepicy żył głębokich” jest pracą opisową składającą się z dwóch głównych rozdziałów i kilkunastu podrozdziałów. Praca przedstawia kliniczne aspekty zakrzepicy żył głębokich, pojęcie klasyfikacji zakrzepicy z uwzględnieniem patomechanizmu powstawania skrzepliny. W pierwszym głównym rozdziale przedstawione są również objawy zakrzepicy, czynniki ryzyka, dokładna diagnostyka wraz z leczeniem zakrzepicy żył głębokich. Na końcu tego rozdziału opisane zostały powikłania zakrzepicy, które zaniedbane mogą wywołać poważne konsekwencja dla życia człowieka. W drugim głównym rozdziale wyjaśnione zostały pojęcia pielęgnowanie oraz kim jest pielęgniarka. Przedstawiono funkcje zawodowe pielęgniarki z uwzględnieniem udziału pielęgniarki w zapobieganiu zakrzepicy żył głębokich. W tutejszym rozdziale opisana została również bardzo istotna profilaktyka pierwotna i wtórna zakrzepicy żył głębokich. W drugim rozdziale opisano również rehabilitację w zakrzepicy żył oraz dokładnie ukazano na czym polega edukacja pacjenta chorego na zakrzepicę żył głębokich. Pracę kończy podsumowanie zawierające wnioski końcowe z pracy.

Working under the title: "The role of nurses in the prevention of deep vein thrombosis" is a work descriptive consisting of two main sections and several subsections. The paper presents the clinical aspects of deep vein thrombosis, thrombosis of the concept of classification including thrombus formation pathomechanism. In the first main section are also shown signs of thrombosis, risk factors, accurate diagnosis and treatment of deep vein thrombosis. At the end of this chapter describes the complications of thrombosis, which are neglected can cause serious consequence for human life. The second main chapter explains the concept of nursing and who is a nurse. Professional nurses are the functions taking into account the participation of nurses in the prevention of deep vein thrombosis. In the local chapter has also described a very important primary and secondary prevention of deep vein thrombosis. The second chapter describes the rehabilitation of venous thrombosis and shown exactly what the education of a patient with deep vein thrombosis. The work ends with a summary containing the conclusions of the work.
