Conditions for the smooth operation of employees and the realization of the objectives of the municipal office.

Celem niniejszej pracy było zbadanie relacji pomiędzy właściwym zorganizowaniem pracy pracowników, a stopniem realizacji celów urzędu gminy. Do opracowania wykorzystano badanie jakości przeprowadzone na klientach przez urząd gminy oraz badanie ankietowe wśród pracowników.Opracowanie zawiera charakterystykę zarządzania organizacją publiczną wraz z istotą organizacji pracy pracowników i jej specyfiki jako elementu doskonalenia realizacji celów w organizacji publicznej. W dalszej części zamieszczono analizę badań, a na końcu bariery wprowadzania zmian i rekomendacje dla badanego urzędu.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the proper organization of employee work and the degree of achievement of the goals of the municipality office. The study used a quality survey carried out on clients by the municipality office and a questionnaire survey among employees.The study includes the characteristics of public organization management, together with the essence of employee work organization and its specificity as an element of improving the achievement of objectives in a public organization. The study contains analysis of the results and the barriers to change. At the end it contains recommendations for the tested office.
