Energy policy of the Confederation of Switzerland and the Republic of Poland

Tematyka poniżej pracy dotyczy bezpieczeństwa energetycznego w polityce Polski i Szwajcarii. Omawiana praca zawarta jest w 4 rozdziałach. W pierwszym z nich zostały przedstawione sposoby definiowania bezpieczeństwa energetycznego w stosunkach międzynarodowych. Porusza on wyzwania z jakimi obecnie i w przyszłości będą musiały zmierzyć się oba kraje, aby poziom bezpieczeństwa obywateli został zapewniony na najwyższym możliwym poziomie. W kolejnym rozdziale dokonano szczegółowej analizy aktów prawych, stanowiących o poruszanym problemie. Instytucje oraz podmioty odpowiedzialne opisane zostały w trzeciej części pracy, jako aktorzy odgrywający istotne role w prowadzeniu polityk bezpieczeństwa energetycznego obu krajów. Rozdział 4 został poświęcony analizie sektora energetycznego, zarówno na świecie jak i w Polsce i Szwajcarii. Również ta część pracy zawiera opis struktury energetycznej państw. Ostatnia część stanowi ocenę przeprowadzonych analiz – regulacji prawnych, struktury energetycznej oraz poziomu bezpieczeństwa zarówno Polski jak i Szwajcarii.

The subject matter of below the work concerns energy security in the policy of Poland and Switzerland. The work was concluded in 4 chapters. In the first of them, were presented ways of defining energy security in international relations. It raises the challenges that both countries will have to face today and in the future so that the level of citizens' security will be guaranteed at the highest possible level. In the next chapter, a detailed analysis of the legal acts constituting the discussed problem was made. The institutions and responsible entities were described in the third part of the work as actors playing important roles in conducting energy security policies of both countries. Chapter 4 was devoted to the analysis of the energy sector, both in the world as well as in Poland and Switzerland. This part of the work also contains a description of the energy structure of countries. The last part is an assessment of the analyzes carried out - legal regulations, energy structure and the level of security for both Poland and Switzerland.
