Internal audits as an instrument of evaluation and improvement of the quality management systems (analysis based on internal audits in BKT System Sp. z o.o. [Ltd.])

Celem niniejszej pracy jest identyfikacja możliwości wykorzystania auditów wewnętrznych w ocenie i doskonaleniu systemów zarządzania jakością poprzez analizę procesu prowadzenia auditów wewnętrznych w firmie BKT System Sp. z o.o. oraz przeprowadzenie ich końcowej oceny. Całość pracy składa się z trzech części. Rozdział pierwszy przybliża pojęcie jakości i istotę zarządzania jakością. Rozdział drugi opisuje miejsce auditów wewnętrznych w systemie zarządzania jakością. Rozdział trzeci przedstawia analizę prowadzonych w firmie BKT System Sp. z o.o. auditów wewnętrznych, z uwzględnieniem charakterystyki występującego w organizacji systemu zarządzania jakością.Praca powstała w oparciu o ogólnodostępną literaturę przedmiotu, publikacje internetowe, dokumentacjęwewnętrzną badanego podmiotu i wypowiedzi jego przedstawicieli.

The purpose of this Bachelor Thesis is to identify the possibility of using internal audits in the evaluation and improvement of the quality management systems through analysis of the process of internal audits at BKT System Sp. z o.o. [Ltd.] and carrying out their assessment. This Bachelor Thesis is composed of three parts. The first chapter depicts the concept of quality and the essence of quality management. The second chapter describes the role of internal audits in the quality management systems. The third chapter presents an analysis of internal audits carried out at BKT System Sp. z o.o. [Ltd.], taking into account the characteristics of the quality management system in this company.The Bachelor Thesis is based on communal literature on the subject, websites, internal documentation of the analysed company and speeches of its representatives.
