Porusza instytucję obywatelstwa, jak można je uzyskać oraz w jaki sposób można je stracić. Wyjaśnia różnice pomiędzy obywatelstwem a szczególnymi uprawnieniami Ukraińców w Polsce. Opisuje również ścieżkę administracyjną jaką muszą przebyć Ukraińcy aby legalizować swój pobyt na mocy przepisów ustawy o cudzoziemcach oraz pokazuje szczególne rozwiązania w specustawie o pomocy obywatelom Ukrainy jakie dostali Ukraińcy w legalizacji pobytu. The master's thesis describes some of the special rights of Ukrainians that they gained under the Special Act on Assistance to Citizens of Ukraine. It discusses the institution of citizenship, how it can be obtained and how it can be lost. Explains the differences between citizenship and special rights of Ukrainians in Poland. It also describes the administrative path that Ukrainians must follow to legalize their stay under the provisions of the Act on Foreigners and shows specific solutions in the special act on assistance to Ukrainian citizens that Ukrainians received in legalizing their stay. The master thesis describes in detail the legalization of temporary, permanent and long-term residence and discusses the institution of a "uniform permit" as well as business activity under the provisions of the Special Act. The master thesis also includes a detailed description of work permits for foreigners, including Ukrainians. Work without a permit, with a work permit, as well as other legal solutions such as entrusting work to a foreigner and the notification of employment itself were also described in detail. The last chapter of the master thesis focuses on the aid models that were used in countries across the Atlantic to help Ukrainians fleeing the war. The model of American sponsorship and Canadian legalization of stay under extended visas and the "CUAET" program is shown in detail along with the advantages, risks and scams associated with these procedures.
