Poniższa praca „Mar Para Bolivia! Motyw dostępu do morza w polityce boliwijskiej” obejmuje zagadnienia z tematu polityki morskiej w Wielonarodowym Państwie Boliwia od początku istnienia tego tematu w polityce kraju, czyli od XIX wieku do czasów współczesnych. Opisuję chronologicznie wydarzenia i działania podejmowane w związku z tym problemem przez rząd boliwijski w celu ich analizy na podstawie dostępnych źródeł. Utrzymywanie roszczeń morskich przez rząd boliwijski na przestrzeni wieków przyczyniło się do zakorzenienia całej problematyki tematu w kulturze kraju. Jest to sprawa, której rozwiązania domaga się każdy Boliwijczyk i Boliwijka. Konflikt ten wciąż jest żywy, wywołuje w kraju wiele emocji, w związku z czym działania mające na celu jego rozwiązanie będą z pewnością podejmowane także i w przyszłości

The following work “Mar Para Bolivia! The theme of access to the sea in Bolivian politics ”covers issues from the topic of maritime policy in the Multinational State of Bolivia from the beginning of the topic in the country's politics, that is from the nineteenth century to the present day. I describe chronologically the events and actions taken by the Bolivian government in relation to this problem in order to analyze them on the basis of available sources. The work was written on the basis of legal documents, source materials from scientific literature, specialist journals and information available on the Internet on specialized websites. By presenting the information obtained, I show why this problem is still important and is still being taken up by the rulers. Maintaining maritime claims by the Bolivian government over the centuries contributed to the fact that the entire issue of the subject was rooted in the culture of the country. This is an issue that every Bolivian men and women want to be resolved. This conflict is still alive, it evokes a lot of emotions in the country, and therefore actions aimed at solving that problem will certainly be taken in the future as well.
