The influence of the revitalization of Śródmieście and Miasto Kazimierzowskie over the lives of Radom's inhabitants

Celem pracy jest zbadanie wpływu rewitalizacji Śródmieścia oraz Miasta Kazimierzowskiego na życie mieszkańców Radomia. W poniższych 5 rozdziałach omówione zostały podstawowe terminy związane z rewitalizacją a także historia miasta i jego upadku. Znajduje się tu również opis obszarów kryzysowych na terenie tego ośrodka oraz charakterystyka społeczności, zarówno samego miasta jak i obszarów rewitalizacji. Oprócz tego przybliżone zostały główne dokumenty związane z rewitalizacją, które wprowadzono na terenie Radomia. Końcowym elementem pracy jest ankieta, której wyniki dotyczą wpływu jaki rewitalizacja wywiera na mieszkańców miasta.

The goal of this thesis is to explore the influence of the revitalization of Śródmieście and Miasto Kazimierzowskie on the life of Radom’s inhabitants. Basic terms tied to revitalization, the history of the city and its downfall have been discussed in the subsequent five chapters. One can also find a description of the areas in crisis located in this center, and a characterization of the community that includes the city itself, as well as areas of revitalization. Moreover, the main revitalization documents introduced on the territory of Radom have been examined. The final element of the thesis is a survey, the results of which concern the influence that revitalization has over the inhabitants of the city.
