Autorka pracy licencjackiej pod tytułem „Powodzie w dorzeczu górnej Wisły w XX i XXI wieku” na podstawie literatury między innymi podręczników akademickich, artykułów naukowych oraz innych publikacji tematycznych opisała największe powodzie w XX i XXI. Skoncentrowała się na katastrofalnych powodziach w 1934, 1997 i 2010 roku. Celem pracy było przedstawienie przyczyn, przebiegu oraz skutków wezbrań. Został opisany okres poprzedzający wezbranie, sytuacja synoptyczna podczas powodzi, charakterystyka opadów atmosferycznych, a także przebieg oraz skutki społeczno-gospodarcze i przyrodnicze.
The author in the bachelor’s thesis entitled ’’Floods in the Upper Vistula basin in the 20th and 21st centuries" described the greatest floods in the 20th and 21st centuries on the basis of literature, including academic textbooks, scientific articles and other thematic publications. The author focused on the disastrous floods in 1934, 1997 and 2010. The aim of the study was to present the causes, course and effects of floods: The period preceding the flood, the synoptic situation during the flood, the characteristics of precipitation, course of the flood and the socio-economic and natural effects were described.
