An individual aspect of freedom of conscience and religion under the Constitution of the Republic of Poland of 2 April 1997.

Przedmiotem pracy magisterskiej jest indywidualny aspekt wolności sumienia i religii w Konstytucji Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej z dnia 2 kwietnia 1997 r. Praca składa się z dziewięciu rozdziałów. Pierwszy rozdział zawiera zarys historii wolności sumienia i religii. Drugi rozdział stanowi refleksję na temat formuł językowych poręczających wolność sumienia i religii w systemie prawa. W trzecim rozdziale omówiono zakres podmiotowy wolności sumienia i religii. W rodziałach od czwartego do siódmego przedstawiono rozważania na temat zakresu przedmiotowego wolności sumienia i religii, osobno w odniesieniu do wolności sumienia oraz wolności religii. W ósmym rozdziale zwrócona została uwaga na kwestię granic wolnoci sumienia i religii. W ostatnim rozdziale przedstawiono problematykę wolności sumienia i religii w stanach nadzwyczajnych.

The aim of my MA thesis is an individual aspect of freedom of conscience and religion under the Constitution of the Republic of Poland of 2 April 1997. Thesis consists nine chapters. First chapter includes an outline history of freedom of conscience and religion. Second chapter contains the reflection on the language phrases used in the law system to protect freedom of conscience and religion. Third chapter describes the subjective scope of freedom of conscience and religion. Chapters: fourth to seventh presents the reflections on the material scope of freedom of conscience and religion, separately on freedom of conscience and freedom of religion. Eighth chapter focus on regulations concerning limits of freedom of conscience and religion. The last chapter presents the issue of freedom of conscience and religion in time of states of emergency.
