Values in managing the festival on the example of Materia Prima Festival

Celem pracy jest poznanie głównych wartości w organizacji oraz ich wpływu natworzenie i zarządzanie festiwalem teatralnym Materia Prima. Z przeprowadzonych badań udało się wyodrębnić trzynajważniejsze wartości dla zespołu organizacyjnego, w tym dwie pozytywne ijedną negatywną

The purpose of this work is to learn main values in organization and how theyaffect creation and managing of theater festiwal Materia Prima. It describes theproblem of values from the point of humanistic management and theirimportance in professional work. From the conducted reaserch, it was possibleto extract three most important values for the organizatoinal team, including twopositive and one negative.
