School Managing versus free time of students

Bibl., 1aneks + 8 tabl.My work includes reflections on the school management to the students' free time. In the first chapter I will discuss the reasons organizational management, problem-free time of students in the science of managing organizations, humanistic value of leisure time of children and young people and the issues of outsourcing and free time of children and adolescents. The second chapter will the objectives of the reform of the educational system in Poland, the place of extra-curricular activities in curriculum reform and financial reform. The third chapter will address leadership styles of educational extra-curricular activities, planning and organizing extra-curricular activities, the conduct of school activities and present a hypothesis in work. In the fourth chapter i will characterize the subjects, the instrument and test procedure, I will determine the indicators and formulate predictions. In the fifth chapter I will verify hypothesis. The sixth chapter I will include a discussion of the results of research.

Praca magisterska pod kierunkiem dr Romana Dorczaka, Kraków: Instytut ISP UJ, 89 s., 36 poz. bibl ., 1aneks + 8 tabl.Moja praca zawiera rozważania na temat zarządzania szkołą wobec czasu wolnego uczniów. W rozdziale pierwszym omówię przesłanki zarządzania organizacjami, zagadnienie czasu wolnego uczniów w nauce o zarządzaniu organizacjami, humanistyczną wartość czasu wolnego dzieci i młodzieży oraz kwestie outsourcingu i czasu wolny dzieci i młodzieży. Rozdział drugi dotyczył będzie celów reformy systemu oświaty w Polsce, miejsca zajęć pozalekcyjnych w reformie programowej oraz reformie finansowej. Rozdział trzeci będzie dotyczył stylów kierowania wychowawczego na zajęciach pozalekcyjnych, planowania i organizowania zajęć pozalekcyjnych, zasad prowadzenia zajęć pozalekcyjnych oraz przedstawię w niej hipotezę pracy. W rozdziale czwartym scharakteryzuję osoby badane, instrument i procedurę badania, ustalę wskaźniki, a także sformułuję przewidywania. W rozdziale piątym zweryfikuję swoją hipotezę. Rozdział szósty zawierać będzie dyskusję nad wynikami badań.
