Care of the pregnant woman preparing for the maternity after the obstetric failure in the last preganacy- the case study.

Wstęp: Niepowodzenie położnicze to niezwykle traumatyczna chwila w życiu kobiety i mężczyzny. Wydarzenie to wiąże się z intensywnymi i trudnymi emocjami, które są wykładnikami przechodzonego przez rodziców procesu żałoby po utraconym dziecku. Niepowodzenie to pozostaje w pamięci rodziców na zawsze i może istotnie wpłynąć na ich dalsze plany prokreacyjne. W związku z tym para, która doświadczyła takiej straty i ponownie zachodzi w ciąże wymaga specjalnej opieki personelu medycznego ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem aspektu psychologicznego opieki. Cel pracy: Celem pracy było sporządzenie planu opieki nad kobietą ciężarną przygotowującą się do macierzyństwa po niepowodzeniu położniczym w poprzedniej ciąży oraz postawienie właściwych diagnoz pielęgniarsko- położniczych w odniesieniu do sytuacji pacjentki. Materiał i metody: Podmiot badania stanowił przypadek 31-letniej ciężarnej kobiety, która doświadczyła niepowodzenia położniczego w poprzedniej ciąży. Wybraną metodą badawczą było studium przypadku. Wyniki: Na podstawie analizy przypadku danej pacjentki zidentyfikowano problemy zdrowotne, jak również pielęgnacyjne. Głównym problemem był stres i niepokój ciężarnej związany z rokowaniem obecnej ciąży. Innymi istotnymi problemami pielęgnacyjnymi dotykającymi pacjentkę były niedogodności okresu ciąży oraz deficyty w wiedzy dotyczącej ciąży, porodu i połogu.Wnioski: W odpowiedzi na problemy sporządzono właściwy plan opieki oraz zasugerowano możliwe ich rozwiązania. Interwencje pielęgniarsko-położnicze przyniosły zamierzony efekt oraz przyczyniły się do poprawienia stanu psychosomatycznego pacjentki.

Introduction: Obstetric failure is really traumatic moment in woman’s and man’s life. This incident contains a lot of intensive and negative emotions which are the indicators of parents’ mourning after the death of the child. The failure will remain in parents’ memory forever and can have a crucial influence on their future procreative plans. According to this fact, the couple who had experienced this kind of loss in the past and got pregnant again needs special medical support involving an important psychological aspect. Aim: The aim of this study was to form a plan of care for pregnant woman who is preparing herself to the maternity after the obstetric failure in the last pregnancy and to solve her health problems using the accurate midwife’s diagosis. Material and methods: The subject of the research was the 31-year-old pregnant woman who experienced the obstetric failure in the last pregnancy. The chosen method of the research was the case study. Results: The health and care problems of the patient were identified. The main problem was the woman’s fear and anxiousness connected with the prognosis of the current pregnancy. The other significant care problems were the uncomfortable aspects of the pregnancy and lack of knowledge about the pregnancy, labour and postpartum period. Conclusion: In the response to the woman’s problems, the proper plan of care was formed and there were suggested the possible solutions for that problems. The midwife’s interventions succeded in the improvement of patient’s physical and mental condition.
