Patient's health problems with the heart failure

Wstęp: Niewydolność serca jest zespołem objawów przedmiotowych i podmiotowych spowodowanych zaburzeniem pracy serca. W wielu przypadkach HF (Heart Failure) jest konsekwencją choroby wieńcowej, nadciśnienia tętniczego czy wrodzonych wad serca.Cel pracy: Celem pracy było przedstawienie problemów zdrowotnych oraz opracowanie planu opieki pielęgniarskiej nad chorym z niewydolnością serca. Materiały i metody: W pracy posłużono się metodą studium przypadku. Badaniem objęto chorego z niewydolnością serca. Wyniki: Chory przedstawia typowe objawy dla HF. Najważniejszymi problemami pielęgnacyjnymi była duszność spoczynkowa, spowodowana niewydolnością krążenia oraz ból w klatce piersiowej zlokalizowany w okolicy mostka z powodu dusznicy bolesnej. Wnioski: W wyniku wdrążenia zaplanowanych działań stan chorego uległ poprawie. Rola pielęgniarki jest istotna w sprawowaniu opieki nad pacjentem.

Introduction: Heart failure is a syndrome of signs and symptoms caused by a disorder of the heart. In many cases, HF (Heart Failure) is a consequence of coronary artery disease, hypertension or congenital heart defects.Aim: The aim of this study was to present health problems and to develop a plan of nursing care of patient with heart failure.Materials and methods: The study method was used a case study. The study included patients with heart failure. Results: The patient presents the typical symptoms of HF. The most important nursing care problems was dyspnoea at rest, caused by cardiac failure and chest pain located in the area of the bridge due angina pectoris. Conclusions: As a result of planned activities the patient's condition has improved. The nurse's role is important in the care of the patient
