Wstęp: Przedwczesne wygasanie czynności jajników stwierdza się w przypadku utraty funkcji gonad u kobiet przed 40 rokiem życia. Schorzenie to może być spowodowane różnymi czynnikami lub chorobami. Często dotyczy kobiet, które z powodu nowotworu zostały poddane chemioterapii. Zaburzenie w funkcjonowaniu jajników powoduje pogorszenie jakości życia, oraz jest przyczyną bezpłodności. Leczenie powinno opierać się zarówno na leczeniu schorzeń somatycznych, jak i na pomocy psychologa lub psychiatry. W przypadku kobiet poddawanych działaniu chemioterapeutyków należy już przed rozpoczęciem leczenia podjąć działania mające na celu umożliwienie posiadania potomstwa w przyszłości. Zadaniem zespołu terapeutycznego w opiece nad pacjentką jest łagodzenie lub eliminacja objawów wazomotorycznych, okazanie empatii oraz wsparcia w kontakcie z kobietą.Cel: Celem pracy jest przedstawienie modelu opieki nad pacjentką z zespołem przedwczesnego wygasania czynności jajników powstałym w wyniku stosowanej chemioterapii.Materiał, metody: W pracy wykorzystano analizę literatury naukowej dotyczącej zespołu przedwczesnego wygasania czynności jajników.Wyniki: W pracy sformułowane zostały diagnozy pielęgniarskie, cele i interwencje mające na celu pomoc w pracy zespołu terapeutycznego z pacjentką z przedwczesnym wygasaniem czynności jajników, spowodowanym przyjmowaniem chemioterapeutyków.Wnioski: Zespół przedwczesnego wygasania czynności jajników jest często spotkany u kobiet poddanych chemioterapii, opieka nad pacjentką dotyczy leczenia powikłań wynikających ze stosowania chemioterapeutyków, pomocy psychologicznej oraz dostarczaniu informacji na temat rozwiązania problemów, warunkiem prowadzącym do polepszenia efektów leczenia jest współpraca pacjentki z zespołem terapeutycznym.

Introduction: Premature ovarian failure states in the case of loss of gonadal function in women before age 40. This condition can be caused by various factors or diseases. It often affects women, who due to cancer were treated with chemotherapy. Disturbance in the functioning of the ovaries causes a deterioration of the quality of life and it is the reason of infertility. Treatment should be based as well as on the treatment of somatic diseases and psychologist or psychiatrist assisting. Among women treated with chemotherapeutic, before appropriate treatment will be started, it should take action to enable them to have children in the future. The purpose of the therapeutic team in the care of the patient is to alleviate or eliminate vasomotor symptoms, show empathy and support in contact with a woman.Objective: The aim of this study is to present a model of care for the patient with the syndrome of premature ovarian failure resulting from chemotherapy.Material, Methods: The present thesis is based on the analysis of the collected literature.Results: In this thesis nursing diagnoses, objectives and interventions were formulated and they are intended to assist in the work of a therapeutic team with patient with premature ovarian failure caused by ingesting chemotherapeutic.Conclusions: The syndrome of premature ovarian failure is often common among women whom have undergone chemotherapy, patient care refers to treatment of complications arising from the use of chemotherapeutic, psychological assistance and providing information about solutions to problems, the condition leading to the improvement of the treatment effect is cooperation between the patient and therapeutic team.
