The impact sport results to popularize volleyball in Poland

Praca magisterska ma na celu zbadanie wpływu podstawowego czynnika jakim są wyniki sportowe na popularyzację dyscypliny sportowej jaką jest siatkówka. Szczególna uwaga została zwrócona na frekwencję na trybunach, oglądalność przed telewizorami oraz na liczbę osób uprawiających tę dyscyplinę. Praca ta została podzielona na trzy rozdziały, z których początkowe dwa stanowią część teoretyczną, a trzeci przedstawiał część badawczą na podstawie przeprowadzonej ankiety. W pierwszych dwóch rozdziałach zostały przedstawione kolejno takie zagadnienia jak: znaczenie sportu we współczesnym świecie, typy sportów, wpływ wyników sportowych na popularność dyscypliny, skutki popularyzacji, siatkówka na tle innych sportów, forma promocji dyscypliny, historia siatkówki, gwiazdy polskiej siatkówki, fenomen polskiego kibica. Z przeprowadzonych badań w trzecim rozdziale wynika, iż wynik sportowy ma istotny wpływ na popularność i oglądalność siatkówki.

Master's thesis is designed to assess the impact of the basic factor of the sports scores on the popularization of the volleyball. Particular attention has been paid to the on attendance in the stands before the TV audience and the number of people practicing the discipline. This work is divided into three sections of which the first two are part of the theoretical and the third part of the research presented on the basis of the survey. In the first two chapters were presented sequentially such issues as: the importance of sport in the modern world, types of sports, the impact athletic performance to the popularity of the discipline, the effects of popularization, volleyball among other sports, a form of promotion of discipline, volleyball history, Polish volleyball stars, the phenomenon of Polish fans. The study in the third chapter shows that the outcome of sports has a significant impact on the popularity and viewership of the volleyball.
