Obecnie kluczowe wyzwania to m.in dostosowanie do nowych form zatrudnienia, zmiany struktury zawodów, kwestie nierówności społecznych i regionalnych oraz problem równości szans różnych grup społecznych. Celem pracy jest analiza rynku pracy w Polsce, z uwzględnieniem zależności między popytem i podażą pracy a kształtowaniem wynagrodzeń.

The labor market is a space where the interests of employers and employees converge. Its shape depends on numerous factors, such as the economic situation, demographics, law, technology, and global trends. Today, the labor market operates as a complex socioeconomic system, subject to dynamic changes related to factors such as remote work, automation, migration, and rising employee expectations.In Poland, the labor market has undergone a significant transformation; the development of the private sector, as well as technological and demographic changes, have significantly impacted its current landscape. Current key challenges include adapting to new forms of employment, changes in the structure of professions, issues of social and regional inequality, and equal opportunities for various social groups. The aim of this study is to analyze the labor market in Poland, considering the relationship between labor demand and supply and wage formation.
