Tematem pracy są najbardziej medialne procesy sądowe - ich przebieg i sposób, w jaki zostały ukazane w mediach amerykańskich.Pierwszy rozdział jest poświęcony działaniu sądu w Stanach Zjednoczonych. Dzięki zrozumieniu wszystkich procedur oraz roli każdej ze stron na sali sądowej, możemy przeprowadzić dokładną analizę procesów sądowych.Drugi rozdział opowiada o mediach amerykańskich, ich sposobie działania oraz obecności dziennikarzy na sali sądowej. W trzecim rozdziale opisane są wybrane przeze mnie procesy sądowe, następnie przeprowadzona jest analiza materiałów medialnych dotyczących tych procesów.
My thesis topic are the most memorable court trials and the way that media covers them.First chapter is devoted to the operation of the court in the United States. By understanding all the procedures and the role of each party in the courtroom, we can conduct a thorough analysis of lawsuits.The second chapter concerns the American media, their way of acting and the presence of journalists in the courtroom.The third chapter describes the lawsuits that I have chosen, and then the analysis of media materials regarding these processes.
