Knowledge of the Assessment Center as a method used in the recruitment process

Celem niniejszej pracy jest weryfikacja znajomości metody Assessment Center wykorzystywanej w procesie rekrutacji pracowników. W pracy przybliżono zagadnienia teoretyczne związane z pojęciem, celami, przebiegiem, metodami rekrutacji i procesem adaptacji nowych pracowników. Szczególną uwagę poświęcono metodyce Assessment Center i Development Center, które omówiono w oparciu o dostępną literaturę. Do przeprowadzenia badania wykorzystano metodologię ilościową, a jako technikę badawczą przyjęto kwestionariusz ankiety. Zgromadzony materiał badawczy pozwolił na wyciągnięcie wniosków, które stanowią zwieńczenie niniejszej pracy dyplomowej.

The aim of this thesis is to verify the knowledge of the Assessment Center method used in the employee recruitment process. The work presents theoretical issues related to the concept, goals, course, recruitment methods and the process of adaptation of new employees. Particular attention was paid to the methodology of the Assessment Center and Development Center, which was discussed based on the available literature. The quantitative methodology was used to conduct the study, and a questionnaire was adopted as the research technique. The collected research material allowed to draw conclusions that constitute the culmination of this diplomathesis.
