W rozdziale pierwszym znajduje się rys historyczny opisujący rozwój medycyny ratunkowej jak i transportu ciężko rannych. Wyodrębnione przeze mnie zostały dwa podrozdziały, pierwszy opisujący rozwój transportu poszkodowanego i ważniejszych organizacji ratunkowych a także istotnych zmian w postępowaniu przedszpitalnym. Drugi natomiast poświęcony jest historii transportu poszkodowanych na terytorium Polski od XVIII do XX wieku. Cel mojej pracy opisany został w rozdziale drugim. W trzecim rozdziale zaprezentowałam treści związane z tematem mojej pracy, wyodrębniając poszczególne przypadki nagłych stanów zagrożenia życia, zasad transportowania pacjentów oraz sposobów monitorowania ich parametrów życiowych a także reguł dotyczących transportowania pacjentek ciężarnych. Rozdział czwarty poświęcony jest na podsumowanie mojej pracy.

In the first chapter there is a historical outline describing the development of rescue medicine and the transport of seriously injured people. There are two subsections, the first describing the development of transport of injured and major rescue organizations, as well as important changes in pre-hospital behavior. The second one is devoted to the history of transport suffered on the territory of Poland from the 18th to the 20th century. The purpose of my work is described in the second chapter. In the third chapter I presented the content of my work, identifying individual cases of sudden life-threatening conditions, the principles of patient transport and the ways of monitoring their vital parameters as well as the rules for transporting pregnant patients.
