Buyer's rights associated with warranty for physical defects

Celem niniejszej pracy jest przedstawienie problematyki stosowania uprawnień wynikających z instytucji rękojmi. Opisano w niej uprawnienia związane z występowaniem wad fizycznych w zakupionych towarach. W pierwszym rozdziale zdefiniowano pojęcie rękojmi, jej cechy oraz cel wprowadzenia, a także omówiono istotę wady fizycznej. Kolejny rozdział, stanowiący główną część pracy, referuje szczegółowo poszczególne możliwości stojące przed kupującym. Znalazła się w nim również analiza sekwencyjności omawianych uprawnień. Ostatni z poruszonych aspektów stanowią obowiązujące terminy związane z realizacją rękojmi.

The purpose of this thesis is to present the issues of the usage of the entitlements resulting from the statutory warranty institution. It describes the rights related to the occurrence of physical defects in purchased goods. The first chapter defines the concept of a warranty, its features and the purpose of the introduction of this institution, as well as the essence of the physical defect. The next chapter, which is the main body of this text, presents in detail the various possibilities that the buyer is facing. It also contains an analysis of the sequentiality of the discussed rights. The last mentioned aspect are the deadlines related to the implementation of the warranty.
