Measurement of synergies in the integration of management systems

Celem pracy jest pomiar efektów synergii w integracji trzech systemów zarządzania: ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2005 oraz ISO 18001:2004 w przedsiębiorstwie z branży IT. Czy dzięki efektowi synergii tych trzech systemów równanie 1+1+1>3 będzie prawdziwe? Tak, chociaż wstępnie w długim okresie przekłada się to na zwiększenie wysiłku i kosztów podczas realizacji działań, składających się na projekt wdrożenia Zintegrowanego Systemu Zarządzania. ZSZ pozwala jednak m.in na redukcję liczby szkoleń (zamiast nich – kompleksowe) oraz wdrażania, weryfikowania, zatwierdzania i nadzorowania dokumentów (zamiast tego – utworzenie jednolitej dokumentacji). Pierwsze trzy rozdziały to historia i wprowadzenie do ISO. Czwarty opisuje działanie systemów w badanym przedsiębiorstwie. Ostatni identyfikuje efekty synergii w ich integracji.

Purpose of the thesis is to measure the effects of synergy in the integration of the three management systems: ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2005 and ISO 18001:2004 in the company of the IT industry. Is by the synergy of these three systems, the equation of 1+1+1>3 true? Yes, although initially in the long term, this translates into an increase in effort and costs during the implementation of activities within the project implementation of the Integrated Management System. The first three chapters are about history and the introduction of the ISO. The fourth describes the operation of the systems in the analyzed company. The last identify synergy effects in their integration.
