Modern organization management in the turquoise model. New reality or utopia?

Głównym tematem mojej pracy jest turkusowy model zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi. Stanowi on obecnie najnowocześniejszy sposób zarządzania.Praca składa się z trzech zasadniczych części: teoretycznej, metodologicznej oraz empirycznej. Część teoretyczna jest poświęcona problematyce modelów zarządzania organizacją w ogóle oraz już stricte modelu turkusowego. W części metodologicznej zaprezentowane są następujące kwestie: cel badań, pytania problemowe i hipotezy, zastosowane metody i techniki badawcze, dobór próby i opis narzędzi badawczych. Na część empiryczną składają się wypowiedzi respondentów w zakresie podejmowanej problematyki. Koniec pracy uwieńczony jest zakończeniem, gdzie są wyciągnięte wnioski uogólniające.

The main subject of this thesis is the turquoise human resources management model which is currently considered to be the most modern management technique. This thesis consists of three parts: theoretical, methodological and empirical one. The theoretical part focuses on issues concerning organization management models in general and also issues strictly connected with the turquoise model. The methodological part contains: the aim of study, problematic questions and hypotheses, research methods and the description of research tools. The empirical part presents the repondents' statements concerning the subject. The end of this thesis presents conclusions.
