Celem badania było zmierzenie poziomu stresu u pracowników korporacji i określenie jakie zmienne mają wpływ na jego natężenie. Badania wykazały, że płeć i wiek nie mają istotnego wpływu na poziom odczuwanego stresu. Porównanie grup osób pracujących w sektorze IT oraz w sektorze Finanse/ bankowość wykazały istotnie statystycznie większy poziom stresu u osób z sektora Finanse/ bankowość.
The aim of the study was to measure the level of stress in corporate employees and to determine what variables affect its intensity. Research has shown that gender and age have no significant influence on the level of perceived stress. A comparison of the groups of people working in the IT sector and in the Finance / banking sector showed a statistically significantly higher level of stress in people from the Finance / banking sector.
