Niektóre prawne aspekty sojuszy zawieranych między państwami greckimi

W mojej pracy spróbowałem odpowiedzieć na pytanie, czy skomplikowana kwestia współpracy między państwami greckimi może być badana z punktu widzenia prawa prywatnego. Chcąc tego dokonać, należało rozważyć naturę greckiego porządku prawnego, w szczególności podziału na prawo publiczne i prywatne oraz pierwszeństwa prawa procesowego nad materialnym.

The aim of present paper was to determine whether we can resolve the problem of Greek federalism basing on the premises derived from private law. In order to do this, In order to attain the aforementioned objective, I discussed concisely the status quaestionis with relation to differences between forms of integration of Greek poleis (sec. I), general view of Greek law with particular remarks on division of private and public law (sec. II) and examples of the influence of interstate treaties on the domain of private law (sec. III). This made me form the basic premises for further research that may lead to a statement as to the causal or at least statistical links between respective form of integration and its consequences (sec. IV).
