The cooperation between the President of Poland and The Council of Ministers in light of the Constitution of 1997

Praca magisterska zatytułowana „Współdziałanie Prezydenta RP i Rady Ministrów w świetle Konstytucji RP z 1997 roku” ma za zadanie przedstawić relacje wewnątrz dualistycznej władzy wykonawczej w systemie ustrojowym Rzeczypospolitej. Opisuje strukturę tej władzy oraz role ustrojowe organów składających się na nią, czyli Prezydenta RP oraz Rady Ministrów. Głównym celem pracy jest odpowiedź na pytanie – czym jest współdziałanie? a także – jak Konstytucja reguluje to zagadnienie? Ponadto praca ta opisuje obszary w jakich Prezydent RP i Rada Ministrów współpracują.

Masters thesis entitled “The cooperation between the President of Poland and the Council of Ministers in light of the Constitution of 1997” presents the relationship between the dual system of executive power in the political system of Poland. It describes the structure of the constitutional roles of government and its organs which consist of the President and the Council of Ministers. The main aim is to answer the questions – what is the cooperation and how the Constitution governs the issue? In addition, the work describes the areas in which the President and the Council of Ministers cooperate.
