An evaluation of the podcast brzmi dobrze! and an analysis of own practice in the context of designing and implementing action research

Niniejsza praca dyplomowa jest wdrożeniowym rodzajem pracy magisterskiej wskazującym kierunki rozwoju produktu jakim jest podcast. Przedmiotem refleksji jest podcast brzmi dobrze!, którego problematyka dotyczy szeroko rozumianego szczęścia. W pracy zostało wykorzystane podejście badawcze action research, w ramach którego przeprowadzono badania jakościowe, ilościowe oraz przegląd literatury. Wśród zastosowanych metod i technik możemy wyróżnić: ankietę na platformie Instagram, wywiady pogłębione ze słuchaczami podcastu oraz przegląd literatury. Analiza wywiadów pogłębionych pozwoliła na stworzenie Planu Działania, w którym zawarte są szczegółowe rekomendacje do dalszego procesu ulepszenia podcastu oraz harmonogram wdrożenia.

This diploma thesis is an implementation type of master's thesis showing the directions of product development. The subject of reflection is a podcast brzmi dobrze! which issues concern happiness. The action research approach was used in the work, as part of which qualitative and quantitative research as well as a review of the literature were carried out. Among the methods and techniques used, we can distinguish: a survey on the Instagram platform, in-depth interviews with podcast listeners and a literature review. The analysis of in-depth interviews helped to create the Action Plan, which includes detailed recommendations for the further process of podcast improvement and the implementation schedule.
